Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the sneakers in their original branded box, ensuring they are protected by an outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping box, covering any old barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
